synthesis method and hydroxyl synthesis method , but these two methods need very high investment and the complicated production process , always be effected by petroleum price of market ；with alcohol oxidation method , the investment lower , the production process is very simple, and alcohol supply amply .
Along with the price of petroleum rise up continuously , the production cost
with synthesis method to produce acetic acid is also increased , so the best
way is to produce acetic acid with alcohol oxidation method .
